Anni Care was referred to us by the NHS for palliative care for my father. For 20 days the teams came in 4 x per day to help clean and change him, which they always did with compassion and respect. They were all such caring people and would always check if my husband and I were ok too. Even in my dad's latter stages, when he was semi-conscious, they continued to greet him with a smile and walk him through everything they were going to do. Truly wonderful people and service!

Staff are friendly, easy to work with (I act as second carer) and, generally, sufficiently skilled to do what is required. Staff are prompt or make contact if there is the occasional timing problem. Management has responded to the odd request for a minor change to arrangements.

I have only been using Annicare since May 2025 but have been extremely happy with the service provided. As my husband has Alzheimer's, it is helpful that he has consistency, so it's good that he has only ever had 2 different carers. Both are lovely ladies and very proficient at their job.

We have had carers for Mum for a year now, & they are very good, from the office staff who are always so helpful through to the carers. Mum is a lot better now than she was, but we'll be keeping them on as it's peace of mind knowing someone is going in every day, and Mum enjoys their company. They're all lovely, and nothing is too much trouble. They ring if there is a problem or they are going to be late, and I can always get hold of someone at the office whatever time. We did have an issue with the times they were going in, but after a quick review, everything was sorted, and that is the nice thing about this firm: if there is a problem and you highlight it, it gets dealt with and sorted. Most importantly, Mum is now very comfortable with them. She found it a bit hard at the beginning as she is very independent, but they have never been pushy and have always been patient, letting her take things at her own pace, and communication is really good, so yes, I would recommend Annicare to anyone.

I can't thank the Homecare Community Lead enough for being so supportive and understanding of our situation. We have experienced not-so-great things elsewhere, but she has always gone above and beyond to make us all comfortable, reassured and cared for. Thank you.

Annicare looks after my brother. The carers are very friendly and helpful. Even though they are so busy, they always make sure he has everything and do everything for him. The lady from the office, who I call if there are any issues, will come out and talk to us. She is a lovely young lady and all ways smiling and happy to help.

After a short spell in hospital, my beloved great-nan was discharged on end-of-life care, and this was supported by Annicare. We found the adjustment to having carers visit regularly straightforward and with great communication. They supported not only my nan but us as a family, signposting other services and things we may find beneficial. We were impressed greatly with the care received that when we needed it, we increased the hours of support to allow my mum a break and ensure Nan was kept safe at all times. Having to access carers was initially an overwhelming thought, but the care and support both my husband and I have received has been invaluable. Knowing they will be coming is reassuring, and it's a relief that my husband is comfortable and receiving the care he needs. They always ask how I am and if there is anything they can help me with. I am so grateful for the gentle care my father received at home in the last few days of his life. All 8 carers who visited him, including one especially lovely lady who stayed overnight twice, were highly professional and supportive. In being able to remain at home, my dad had his wishes granted and my prayers answered. A hospice at home service appointed Annicare to administer palliative care to my wife, who has now sadly died. The care afforded to her was first class, professional, caring, and very sympathetic to her needs.
